Making 100x buffer A stocks (takes ~5 minutes)

Measure 60ml of 1M Tris (room temp) into beaker. Add 2.13g solid DTT and dissolve.

Add cold water to 280ml

Add 1.65g of solid ATP, and pH back 8.0 using 10M KOH.

Make up to 300ml.

Store 10ml alequats at -20˚C.

To use: Thaw alequat and dilute into1litre of cold water. Once mixed, add 100μL of 1M CaCl₂ (Adding CaCl₂ to undiluted stock will make the ATP precipitate)
